Treasures

We start today by announcing the random winner of WRECK THIS JOURNAL (this weeks giveaway). Congratulations Luisa. Please email me your address.

Today our prompt is My Treasures Are . What are your treasures? If you are like me my first thoughts were people I treasure...we will NOT list people in this exercise . Your treasure could be a memory, or the watch handed down from three generations, your pictures, perhaps a collection. Whatever your treasures are please list them in your journal. In five years it will be interesting to see if your treasures are the same or if they have changed.

Happy Journaling!

Sending Love,
Susan

  1. My biggest treasure is a ring. It originally belonged to my great aunt, then my mom had it. It is beautiful and worth a lot but I love it for the women who wore it before me.

  2. Wow, this blog looks amazing and thought-provoking and challenging and I'm only sorry I haven't discovered it before! Thanks Kim for sharing the link x Looks like i have some catching up to do!

My treasures? This is surprisingly hard. I guess my photographs and scrapbook albums matter most to me, and my Bible is special. Oh, and books - I have so many books - not any one in particular, but the collection as a whole is a treasure to me.

  4. My most prized possesion is my Granny's diamond earrings. When I was a little girl, I thought they were huge. They are actually small diamonds in ver big settings. She keep them in a carmax lip balm container and I had to go through about 20 of those carmax jars to find them when she died. They will always be my most prized possesion.

    Congrats to Luisa!
