Words from the Affluent Artist: "So my suggestion is that you make your soul happy in 2010. Sit down and have a talk with it, ask God to help you figure out what you want to accomplish in this new decade that starts in 4 days and then set out a roadmap with daily activity that begins next Monday"

Crystal Bannin posted this on facebook and I just had to share it with you. Your journaling in 2010 will help you in so many areas of your life, one of the biggest ones being direction and goals.

Do you have your journal yet? We start on Friday, January 1st.

There are so many reasons to jouranl. We journal for our health, for our mental health, for creativity, for release of stress, to heal our wounds, to document our lives for future generations, to SHOUT SHOUT get it all out, for self exploration, to find out what holds us captive so that we can break free. What ever your reason for journaling in 2010 I welcome you with open arms.

Before we get started take time to think about the reason you are journaling. It will help to direct you as you write or create.

Please send me a comment when you have your journal ready and are ready to begin. We will start on January 1st of 2010. It will be easy to catch up if you miss a day or a few days by simply looking in the archive post.

I am busy getting organized for you. I will let you know what that means on the 30th.

Getting Organized

I am setting up a flickr account for this group for those of you interested in sharing any part of your journal or art journal. It will be by invitation only so you will be safe to share as you wish.

As the year comes to an end I would like you to start thinking about 2009 and what events impacted your life. We will write about this before the new year begins.

The Prompt is 2009 reflection.

Let the jounrey begin.
