Today our prompt is to write down at least three things that we struggle with. It is important to acknowledge these areas of our life and writing them down helps accomplish this.
Now write about how you feel about the areas you struggle with. Have you decided that that is just the way you are or do you want to change these areas?
On Tuesday we will write out a plan to start us on the journey of change if that is indeed our goal. YOU are the only one that can change these areas. YOU have to take full responsibility. Tough Stuff..I know.
Just so you know you are not alone in this , here are three areas I struggle with.
I struggle with procrastination.
I struggle with time management
I struggle with sometimes turning to food for comfort (talk about looking for comfort in all the wrong places).
