You have worked really hard this week. Today your prompt is to do something nice for yourself and then journal about it.
It can be as simple as sit for 15 uninterrupted minutes with a glass of ice tea, spend time in prayer, read the book you want to read or get a manicure. Whatever it is, your prompt is to write about how it feels to intentionally do one nice thing for yourself.
