Today we will write down the things we do to alleviate stress in our lives. Reflect on them. Are they healthy outlets? On Saturday we will cover healthy and unhealthy ways to deal with the stress in our lives.

exercise & dancing & cleaning helps tone down my direct approach to frustrating life stuff circumstances... BUT i am truly grateful for the indwelling Holy Spirit that promotes fruitful peace within me regardless of life stuff. :)
