Is there something you are willing to stand up for? Even if many around you do not agree? Is there a cause or a belief that you have that is worth putting it on the line? That my friend is courage of conviction.
Think about things you are passionate about and write out the things that you have courage of conviction to stand up for.

there are beliefs that i have conviction regarding...and a very direct approach in standing up for them. which usually offends somebody BUT knowing that i am not accountable to them, i stand up as the Holy Spirit prompts me. :)
