Does it mean eating healthy, exercising, buying the shoes you have been wanting, eating a candy bear that you have not allowed yourself to have, spending down time, taking a hot bubble bath, going to lunch with a friend, taking an hour out of your day to curl up with a book somewhere, not letting anyone walk all over you??? What does it mean to YOU?
Now ask yourself the question "when was the last time I was good to myself"? Reflect and write down a commitment to yourself that you will be good to yourself within the next few days.
