One month can make a difference in your life . It only takes 21 days to form a new good habit.
So our prompt today is to write down 3 things that we would like to accomplish or start in May.
Maybe you have a non fiction book that you have been wanting to read. Read it in May.
Maybe you have pounds to shed. Start shedding them in May.
Maybe you keep saying you are going to get into a fitness routine, have lunch with a friend, start a book club, tell some you are sorry, tell someone THANK YOU, remove clutter from your house. Do it in May!
You get the idea.
Write your thee things down. Share your three things here if you wish because statistics have proven that when you share your goals you are much more likely to follow through and stay committed.
You can do anything for a month..right?
