Today...do something nice for someone randomly. Pay for the ersons lunch/coffee whatever that is in line behind you at the drive through and then just drive off. Go out of your way to help someone, call someone that needs encouragement or write them a not. babysit for someone for a couple hours so they can have some me time..ANYTHING..just do one unselfish act today and write in your journal about it.
