It could be being the best parent you could be, completing your Masters or deciding to make a change in your life and then following through with it. It can be ANYTHING at all. What makes it the biggest or most significant is personal.
Write WHY you feel it is the biggest and /or most significant as well.

Raising two daughters basically alone while my husband served in the navy for 20 years. It's a juggle to keep a marriage alive and remind kids who daddy is when he's away more than he's home. Kids had to change schools frequently, we'd be homeless for a few days at each new location. Days and nights of lonliness with no break...but I survived.
