Today write down what you do to become centered. Do you pray, meditate, be still? What do you do? If your answer is nothing, think about taking just 5 minutes at the beginning or end of your day and try implementing one of the above.
Monday, October 4th
Today we will practice being STILL. Ly or sit quietly and relax your body for 5 minuets. Pray , meditate or just be still. Now write about the experience. How do you think adding this to your daily routine would change the way you feel?
